Our client in the Willowbrook area is looking for a friendly, upbeat and personable receptionist to support their dynamic team! Essentially the candidate in this role will interface professionally and courteously with all communications with clients and internal associates whether by phone, in person, or by e-mail. They will provide support to the office as a whole all while managing daily office duties such as greeting guests and advising hosting parties of their arrival, and assisting visiting consultants and other guests as required. As the candidate will serve as the face of the firm and regularly interact with Executives, Management, and guests a professional demeanor is essential at all times.
• Provide administrative support to all Executives and Management team
• Handling incoming calls and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Greeting guests and advising hosting party of their arrival
• All special projects and duties as assigned
• Drafting correspondence (letters, emails, proposals)
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ office experience
  • Proficient and accurate clerical skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
