Our North Houston beauty client is seeking a Sales Assistant to support a busy regional Account Manager. In this role, you will be the direct “right-hand man” to this individual by assisting with the administrative side of sales. You will need to anticipate needs and work proactively to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Other duties include-
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Develop sales documents, correspondence, and agendas
- Maintain store lists, orders, and other documents
- Create social media postings and actively network
- Schedule conference calls and sales meetings
- Compile data into Excel spreadsheets
A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required, preferably in retail or beauty. You must have strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint programs.
