Our Houston-based Real Estate client is looking for a sharp, dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
This role includes traditional Front Office duties, including answering phones, taking messages, greeting guests, ordering supplies, and stocking the kitchen. It also involves providing Administrative Support to the team members in the office, including drafting/formatting documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting rooms.
