Our client, a highly respected legal firm headquartered in Houston, is seeking a Project Assistant to support members of their team. This includes managing complex calendars, following up on tasks and projects, drafting and proofreading all types of documents, and maintaining files. Duties include:
- Record and file client documents;
- Prepare transcript files, routine and form correspondence, and legal documents;
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other firm personnel regularly;
- Research, gather, summarize, and analyze data and information;
- Update information on organization and client-specific documents, directories, and calendars
An Associates degree or higher is required, with at least two years of administrative or office experience. Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills are key, along with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing tasks.
