Our Commercial Real Estate client is seeking a Production Coordinator to assist with a variety of administrative duties for the office. This role will focus on ensuring the system is up to date with jobs and that all associated files are organized. Other duties will involve assisting Accounting and HR with AR/AP, payroll, and onboarding. More responsibilities include:
- Oversee front office, answer phones, and order office supplies
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and send out invites
- Plan company teambuilding and client appreciation events
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure they are up to date
Degree not required but must have a minimum of 1 year of office experience. They are looking for someone who has high energy, loves working in a team environment, super organized, and eager to learn!
