Office Manager/ Executive Assistant

Our manufacturing client in Houston is seeking an Office Manager/Executive assistant. This person must have strong self-discipline, a high standard quality of work, must be a team player, and is eager to learn and self-improve. This position will see all facets that are part of building a company and will have opportunity to grow in responsibilities as the company grows in the next several years.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for a smooth-running office
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar
  • Organize frequent team building events
  • Book travel for the CEO and Business Development executives
  • Order lunches for the team
  • Support the marketing coordinator in organizing exhibiting at trade shows
  • Perform HR administrative duties
  • Take on any other administrative duties to support the team

Basic qualifications

  • Completed a bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Office management, Executive assistance or similar experience
