Marketing/Social Media Coordinator

Our up and coming Woodlands real estate client is seeking a very talented, highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through a variety of marketing efforts. Other responsibilities will include a portion of administrative duties such as data tracking, inventory, and reporting. The perfect candidate must have a drive for creativity to ensure brand stewardship and maintain consistent brand content for all social media and advertising marketing.

Other responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns
  • Executes new community launch including signage and events
  • Prepares weekly sales reports
  • Post and maintain all listings in MLS
  • Coordinate all services for listings
  • Support the company and agent tracking of incoming leads/prospects and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Event Planning/Coordination
  • Arrange all closing gifts and events
  • Establish all marketing for team events, open houses, and new listings
  • Plan and organize all team events and market across all social media channels

Qualifications

  • Marketing/brand management in an agency or real estate sales environment
  • Marketing/Communications or related degree strongly preferred
