Marketing Manager

Our Downtown Houston client is an enthusiastic and dynamic company who is seeking a Marketing Manager who is just as passionate as they are! With that being said, this position is in need of an individual who can take charge with no hesitation to help define and understand the marketing strategy through acquisition channels.  The opportunities for projects to be led will involve extensive amount of collaboration and innovative team work, while working alongside other marketing managers.

Primary responsibilities are as follows-

  • Manage and implement SEO strategy
  • Oversee strategy, implementation, and optimization for all media traffic channels
  • Develop and maintain social media content strategy
  • Track campaigns, build reports, present findings, and make recommendations
  • Develop and launch lead generation funnels
  • Manage ad buys on various platforms, such as streaming, podcasts, radio and print
  • Act as brand ambassador and spokesperson to our audience at large
  • Maintain awareness in market changes and adjust marketing strategy accordingly
  • Audit and optimize PPC Ad campaigns and strategy
  • Conduct keyword research and identify top bid terms
  • Write new ad copy and set up split tests to optimize paid campaigns
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendar to support acquisition channels
  • Expand company presence in offline acquisition channels such as print media and events
  • Create and oversee implementation of custom landing pages and lead magnets
  • Collaborate on website re-design

To qualify for this position, you must be an analytical thinker who is quick on their feet and can react in an immediate manor. This individual must be highly determined, action-driven, detail-oriented, and so organized that it comes off controlling. These strong personal characteristics need to be accompanied by the following position requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Ads/Adwords and Facebook Ads
  • Experience in managing/leading teams
  • Outstanding writing skills
