Our client, a growing Houston-based mortgage company, is seeking a driven Loan Officer to assist and support clients through the mortgage process from start to finish. You will be responsible for application intake, managing and organizing all documents, as well as acting as a liaison between clients and financial institutions. Responsibilities include:
- Monitor, manage, and ensure the mortgage process is followed accurately
- Communicate effectively and proactively with clients to ensure a smooth transaction
- Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of all documents from other third parties
- Educate clients on mortgage loans by maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, and procedures
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
Degree is preferred with at least one year of experience as a loan officer.
