Our Galleria area law firm is seeking a sharp, experienced Legal Assistant to support their attorneys with corporate and transactional work. The ideal candidate must be organized, a self-starter, reliable, and efficient in multi-tasking due to the variety of needs. Other strong qualities that the candidate must hold is strong communication skills to effectively maintain all business relationships and uphold confidentiality, as well as being able to respond under any pressure.
Qualifications for this role are as follows:
- 5-10 years’ experience with corporate, transaction, and/or real estate law
- Heavy contract formatting, table of contents, numbering schedules, charts/graphs, and styles experience required
- Very proficient in MSO, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
