International Sales Representative

Our client, an international specialty manufacturer located in West Houston, is seeking a confident International Sales Rep to expand and develop an extensive book of international clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert on products, use education and influence to drive engagement, and fully develop new international channel partners. This role requires more than 50% travel, most internationally, as well as a rigorous pace. Primary responsibilities include:
- Identify, educate and engage new prospective clients using traditional and cutting edge sales methodologies;
- Nurture clients and partners through the sales processes, assisting with each step and moving clients through to fulfilment of sales;
- Create a growth plan for each new partner using market insights, company data, and research;
- Generate product and revenue forecasts, including revenue and product pipeline commitments.
Degree preferred with a at least 3 years of experience in international sales, business development, or account management, including use of a CRM system. This is truly a sales role, requiring excellent communication and negotiating skills, a confident nature, and willingness to work hard to build and grow a solid book of international business. Bilingual in Spanish, French, or German would be a plus. This client offers a great comp package including commission, full benefits, retirement plan with company matching, and paid time off.
