Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

Our finance client is seeking a Marketing/Business Development Coordinator to join their friendly highly professional team. The ideal candidate must have a great attitude, be detail-oriented and organized, a team player, and have a creative mindset. This job will consist of sitting at the front desk, scheduling meetings, along with a variety of other responsibilities. No industry experience required, but Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, Event Planning, and Marketing experience is preferred.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong in CRM software
  • Strong Social Media Skills
  • Knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Effective communication skills, both in writing and in presentation
  • Outgoing personality to interact with guests and clients
  • Ability to problem solve and research solutions
  • Ability to manage several different calendars
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
