Our client in South Houston is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support within the HR department by performing a variety of clerical duties. You’ll be responsible for executing data collection, managing the process of activities, filing, and drafting letters. This role does not require prior HR experience, but must have at least two years of administrative experience with data entry, ADP/SAP, and proficiency in Excel and Word.
You must be comfortable and confident with your communication skills since this role involves interacting will all levels of employees and management. There is also strict confidentiality that you must maintain due to handling sensitive information.
