Clerical/Admin Support: Part Time

Job description: 

A Northwest Houston-area landscaping client in need of a part time Clerical/Admin Support.

This role includes traditional front office duties, including answering phones, taking messages, greeting guests, ordering supplies, and stocking the kitchen. It also involves providing Administrative Support to the team members in the office, including drafting/formatting documents, scheduling appointments, as well as additional duties to be assigned.

You must be sharp, polished, have great communication skills and a very good phone voice. Multitasking, strong attention to detail, and critical thinking skills are a MUST.
