Weekly Paychecks
We want to put your money into your hands as possible. That is why we pay our staffing employees weekly. The key to getting your money is to be sure that your timesheet
is correct and on time so that your hours can be processed promptly.
Direct Check Deposit
Enjoy the convenience of direct deposit of your paycheck into your checking account each week. You may also choose to deposit a portion or all of your check into a savings account.
Highlights of being paid via direct deposit are:
- Saves time by not having to pick up your check
- Saves you check cashing fees
- Easy access to checking your balance, activity, and statements via phone and Internet
- You no longer have to carry around a lot of cash and run the risk of losing it
- Your pay is available to you sooner each week. When your timesheet is processed your funds are normally in your account within 2 working days.
If you are interested in signing up for direct deposit, click on our direct
deposit registration form. Print out a copy of the form,
complete it, attach a voided check in the space provided, and
mail or bring it to one of our offices. For employees who have
savings only, please attach a deposit slip.
Chase VISAŽ Pay Card - If you do not have a checking or savings account:
- You can use your own Pay Card that has portability, meaning it can be loaded via ACH by us and others,
- Or, we can issue you a Chase VISAŽ Pay Card,
- Or, we can assist you in opening a Chase Workplace Checking Account in Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Houston or San Antonio. In Palestine, we can assist you in opening an account at Regions Bank.
Highlights of our Chase VISA® Pay Card
- Monthly Maintenance Fee waived
- One FREE over-the-counter withdrawal at any bank with 1st deposit. This gives you access to 100% of your funds.
- $5.00 fee for each additional over-the-counter withdrawal(s) during pay period.
- One FREE ATM withdrawal per deposit at Chase (http://www.chase.com/ccp/index.jsp?pgname=ccpmapp/shared/assets/page/atmlocator) or Allpoint (http://allpointnetwork.com/) ATM locations.
- $1.50 for additional ATM withdrawal.
- $3.00 Fee per International ATM Withdrawal.
- $1.00 Fee per ATM balance inquiry.
- FREE balance inquiry via phone (voice response unit) or Internet.
- $1.00 Fee per ATM/POS PIN/Signature Denial.
- Fee waived for POS PIN based transactions at locations accepting Chase VISA® Pay Card. “Cash back” is available from most merchants.
- Fee waived for POS signature based transactions at locations accepting Chase VISA® Pay Card.
- Fee waived for Internet purchases.
- FREE customer service via web access, automated voice response and live representative.
- FREE monthly statement via Internet or $1.00 monthly fee for paper statement.
- Your purchases are protected by Visa's Purchase Protection and Zero Liability policies
- Your funds in the Chase Visa® Pay Card are FDIC insured.
- A $5 monthly Inactive Account Fee for accounts with no credit or debit transactions for 90 days
- $15.00 per incident negative balance fee. The debit card does not have overdraft protection.
- Chase Payroll Cards are issued by JPMorgan ChaseBank, N.A.

Service
Bonuses - for Temporary Employees only
Temporary staffing employees in "good standing" can qualify to earn bonuses for their hours of service
- Based upon 1500 hours (excluding overtime) worked in a 12-month period from designated date.
Holiday
Pay
- To qualify for Holiday Pay, staffing employees must have worked 1500 hours (excluding overtime) in the past 12 months from the date of the holiday.
- Employee must work 24 hours the weeks of Christmas and Thanksgiving and 32 hours for other holidays.
- To receive your earned service bonus, the staffing employee must notify their service center that they are at their 1500 hours mark. At the time of the bonus pay, your hours will start from zero and start a new calculation for the next service bonus.

pay is based on your rate at the time of the holiday. Recognized
holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Labor Day
- Memorial Day

Referral Bonuses - designated cities only
As an incentive for you to refer your friends, neighbors, and family members
who you feel would make good employees, several of the Burnett/Choice service
centers offer a referral bonus.
The bonus will be paid after the person referred has worked 160
regular hours during a 6-month period.
Instruct the person you are referring to us, to put your name and
contact information on their application under “How
did you hear about Burnett or Choice?”
