We have successfully developed a program that allows us to seamlessly join the efforts of multiple organizations to provide the most comprehensive solution to our clients staffing needs. Our customized software has created a common system for Burnett/Choice and our back-up suppliers to effectively work in unison to service our clients’ needs. We accomplish our multi-site operation by establishing individual onsite service centers.
One of our District Managers is assigned to oversee all service activities, audit work sites, coordinate recruiting efforts, support each service center, and conduct quality meetings. Our clients also have full support from our top management who provide the direction and support that ensure the success of our operation. As the Master Vendor, we assume the overall responsibility of managing the onsite service centers.
