Meet Our Staff
MK Stalder
MK began recruiting in 1981 and obtained her Certified Professional Consultant (CPC) accreditation in 1988. She has enjoyed a successful career assisting companies with finding their ideal employee and guiding applicants in the discovery of their career path and dream job.
MK has continuously been recognized as a Top Producer in the Direct Hire/Administrative Support category by the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC) for over twenty years. She has also been recognized for her accomplishments by the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC).
In 2003, MK was honored as one of the Texas Executive Women's (TEW) Women on the Move. Honorees are selected based on professional activities, community service, and personal life journey.
Elithia Marshi, Vice President
Elithia's prior ten year plus career at a national healthcare company where her role as a Sr. Director of Corporate Affairs focused on operations improvement, growth strategies, and talent management has been a great asset to MK Personnel and to our clients and applicants alike. Elithia understands the hiring process and the challenges faced by hiring authorities as well as their potential new hires.
In addition to Elithia's strong background in operations, she has a passion for recruiting. Elithia earned her degree in marketing from the University of Houston.
Julie Wolf
Julie comes to MK Personnel from the world of investment banking where she quickly rose through the ranks to a management role in sales administration. Julie oversaw the administrative staff and was also responsible for all administrative hiring.
Julie has the ability to communicate with companies to determine their needs and refine the qualities necessary to successfully fill their vacancies. She also relates to applicants and is able to filter through their skills and personal attributes to find the perfect career choice.
Julie obtained her Certified Professional Consultant (CPC) accreditation in 2013. She is a University of Texas graduate with a degree in radio, television, and film. Smile for the camera and Hook 'em Horns!
