MK Stalder founded MK Personnel in 1993, after 11 years of experience with another local firm, and after being honored as the “Top Producer” in the City of Houston for 7 years by the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants. In addition to that honor, she has been awarded the “Top Producer” award in the State of Texas by the State Association for 3 years. Currently, she has been the Top Producer for 20 years and "a" Top Producer for every year in the business – 30 years!!

Armed with an excellent reputation, a determination to succeed and a desire to provide an unrivaled service, in its first year the company rose to be recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston’s Top Placement firms.  Since that first year, we have continued to compete with and place among Houston’s largest firms.
